UPDATED 3/1/16: Formerly Chocolate Lab, then theLab Café, and now simply theLab was started by Michael Recchiuti of Recchiuti Confections so he could use his pastry chef background to offer chocolate oriented desserts, chocolate drinks and other food beyond confections.
It has gone through several iterations. Currently, it is a cocoa café featuring Recchiuti desserts, and a mini-shop of Recchiuti confections.
