Better than classic
Established in 2015 by Gina Tomoko Chen, Tomo Toffee is based in San Ramon, and as their name implies, toffee is all they make. This is not a bad thing, as their Dark Chocolate Toffee is a classic perfected, and they have been winning awards for their toffee since 2016.
Their classic toffee is Southern style with lots of chopped pecans and almonds in a thin buttery toffee coated with chocolate on both sides and covered in more chopped nuts.
Tomo Toffee is available via their website, at the San Ramon Farmers Market on Saturdays, at special events, and at some local stores. Check their website.
