Feve Artisan Chocolatier
2222 Palou Avenue, SF
Feve Artisan Chocolatier is chocolatier Shawn Williams’ business. He’s a very creative chocolatier whom we first discovered at the San Francisco chocolate salons in an earlier incarnation of his business (Au Coeur Des Chocolats). He was notable for very creative offerings like his ready-to-assemble S’mores kits, which made for a great party dessert, and beautiful hand-painted bonbons.
Feve Artisan Chocolatier sells through their website, at Feve Chocolate Factory in the Bayview District, and some local grocery/retail stores.
If that’s too much of a trek and online is too much of a wait, you can buy his wares at local markets (check their website for locations). We especially like the Curve Bars, which are mostly nut butters mixed with crunchy praline and covered in chocolate. They come 3 to a pack, one each of peanut butter, hazelnut and corn nut.
Due to the high oil content of the bars, don’t let them get hot. They melt quicker than other chocolate bars. (Still tasty tho’.)
Awards & Accolades
