Michael’s Chocolates, founded in 2017 in San Francisco, is now (2021) an Oakland based chocolatier that makes beautiful bonbons, caramels, and bars. They are known for their Salted Almond Bar, award-winning Lemon Burst bonbons, Salted Caramels, and 3-flavor seasonal bonbon boxes.
They are a CBTB 3-cup recommended chocolatier.
They are taking over the former Michael Mischer space and also sell their chocolate online, at some local shops, and at special events, such as Chocolate Salons and pop-ups in local boutiques. Check their FB page for upcoming events.
