Or at least The Best Chocolatiers and Confectioners in America (2011 edition) according to Taste TV and their chocolate salons. Based on the total cumulative number of Gold and Silver Awards received by each entrant in the 2010 TasteTV Chocolate Salons and Chocolate Salon Award Competitions, Taste TV announced Grand Masters, Masters and Excellent Chocolatiers on March 29, 2011.
SFBA dominates the Grand Masters list with 4 out of the 8 entrants being locals. Six out of 15 Masters are SFBA-based. And 14 out of 45 Excellence Awards went to SFBA entrants.
